The Great Egg Drop and Stuff

We are definitely enjoying the nice weather and really enjoyed it this past weekend. We attended The Great Egg Drop put on by a local church in Mount Olive. There were inflatables, food and of course eggs. The catch to this egg hunt, the eggs were not hidden but dropped in a field from a helicopter. After the helicopter left, the kids had free reign over the large field to find as many eggs as possible. All of the eggs had been stuffed with candy but some were also stuffed for prize eggs.

After the hunt, we enjoyed the sunny weather and time with neighbors. Our neighbors invited several of us over for egg dying, egg hunting and dinner. We all really enjoyed ourselves and the kids did as well. Hope you all have a Happy Easter!
