We are the Eagles

Last year we tried gymnastics and ballet. Which Blair was bored to death in ballet class after a couple of months. She only wanted to dance in the recital and not go to practice because according to her, she did the same thing over and over again. So we thought we would try something a little different since she loves kicking the ball, Soccer.

Yesterday was the first team soccer practice and boy was it entertaining. Blair's team is the Eagles. Her daddy was asked to help with the coaching yesterday even though he knows nothing about soccer. So, I now have one playing and one coaching. Coach Chris tried to get out of this but was unsuccessful. It really makes me laugh since he did not really want her to play. She had a ball! By the way, this is Upward Soccer where they allow all of the kids to play, do not keep score and at halftime have a quick devotional with the kids. Go Eagles!
